Painting of commercial rental buildings

peinture bâtiment commercial

The construction painting company FinDecor was recently called upon to make an estimate for the interior painting of a call center. Here’s how we would proceed to realize this type of contracts.

Guided tour with the building’s maintenance

It all starts with a guided tour done with either the company’s leader or the building’s maintenance director. In this meeting, the commercial painter asks all the questions necessary to properly evaluate the work to be done. You also have the chance to ask all your questions and tell us about all your special requests or worries about the job.

Written and detailed estimate

We will then send you an email including a written detailed and precise estimate so there are no bad surprises, the estimate is always free and offers warranties, if any. (In most cases, we offer a 5-year warranty against peeling on interior painting.) The chosen products and colors are also clearly indicated. The client can take time to review the document and contact us with any additional questions or to have a discussion to add or modify some tasks.

Painting job calendar

Once we all agreed on the tasks included in the contract, we set a date for the beginning of the job together with a reasonable end date. As the demand for interior painting is high in winter, we ask you to plan a few weeks ahead for our services. We will also discuss of a schedule that suits you.

Painting after closing time

For companies which are not opened 24/7, it’s often possible, and preferable for the staff, to accomplish the painting job outside the opening hours. However, it’s sometimes necessary to paint during opening hours. Be assured that in that case, we use non-smelling COV-free products to avoid bothering your employee. We know how to be discreet and we do everything we can to avoid disturbing the proper functioning of your business activities.

Changing the colors has an influence on your employees’ mood

Applying fresh paint on the walls of your commercial space, even if you don’t greet customers in that area, could have a positive influence on your business. Indeed, studies show that certain colours are to be preferred in a work environment to increase productivity. This can be explained by the fact that employees are in a better mood and a better attitude in a space freshly painted, and also by the science of chromotherapy which says colours act on the brain to increase whether concentration or creativity.
